By using the Mr LogBook mobile mechanic service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.
Mr LogBook provides mobile mechanic services across Sydney, NSW. We come to your location — whether home, workplace, or other agreed address — to perform automotive maintenance and repair services including logbook servicing, brake repairs, suspension, transmission, and general mechanical work.
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from us. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking with reasonable notice.
Online quote requests are free and non-binding. The quote provided is an estimate based on the information you provide. The final price may differ if the vehicle requires additional work not apparent from the initial description.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment at no charge. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Mr LogBook provides a workmanship warranty on all services performed. Specific warranty terms depend on the service type and parts used. Warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents or misuse. OEM parts are covered by the manufacturer warranty.
Mr LogBook is fully insured for mobile mechanic services in NSW. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We are not liable for damage to vehicles left unattended after service is completed.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect your name, contact details, and vehicle information solely for the purpose of providing mechanic services and communicating about your booking.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
